Uses: gluconic acid (solution) (526-95-4) is used for: Sour agent. For the preparation of sake, about 35ml/180L; vinegar, frozen food, soft drinks, about 0.01% to 0.4%.      Also used to make glucose acid-δ-lactone, cleaning beer fermentation tank, milk tank for washing agent to remove the equipment in the dairy industry milk stone.
